Tiberian comes from (Sith Delegations)

A herd of shadow toned ships glided through the stars in tight formation, in the middle of the pack was the prized ship of the Sith Imperial Fleet, the Biizaantine and encircling it were several sith fighters. Flanking the Biizaantine on both sides were Sith Sul Corvettes, christened Execute and Punishment they were designed for power and speed. However all of the ships that were accomaning Tiberian were modified with the best weaponry and technology, to serve as Tiberian's personal escort while traveling. All of these ships were fresh off of the line at the Sullest Shipyards and Tiberian was eager to put them to the test against the Republic's navy.
In the heart of the Biizaantine dwelled her captain and creator in a room, which few knew even, existed on the vast sith capitol ship. This room held some of the most precious possessions of the sith warlord. It was a small circular room, shelves covered the walls, Tiberian stood surrounded by holocrons of his ancient brethren.
Examining the shelves he seemed to be thinking to himself, holding a holocron in his hand he seemed to be trying to find its place. He had been meditating with the holocron ever since leaving Korriban for Myrenne, a small city in Mindar. "Ah here you go" said the sith lord to himself placing the holocron on the third highest shelf.
Tiberian's gaze was caught upon that of the holocrons that had once belonged to Bane and Sidious and Tiberian began to wonder what these former sith masters would think of the changes he made. The answer came to him like a whisper to his ear, he knew masters such as Bane or Sidious would not be pleased with defying the rule of two. Tiberian had always thought that Bane was so often over praised for his work and his decision on the rule of two.
Bane had never impressed Tiberian, to the sith warlord it was clear to him that the rule of two did nothelp his people. Bane helped the Jedi, because of him the sith vanished from the Annals of history for centuries, all alone to survive in the hands of two. Many say that the sith thrived this way but Tiberian knew that the dark side of the force was starving and that more should feed off of its power not just a few.
Only to see the sith win the republic with deceit and lies, and for your people not even to know that they are being ruled by a sith lord. That was not how Tiberian envisioned ruling the galaxy, Tiberian wanted to conquer his enemies not just in the political spectrum but on the battle field; to take the Jedi’s best shot and to be able to stand his ground. Because of Bane’s rule, after the death of Sidious and Vader, the sith almost came to extinction, and Tiberian wanted to see the day when the sith temples replaced the Jedi’s on Coruscant.
Finally turning away from Bane and Sidious, Tiberian refocused his attention on some of the most beloved sith lords of the ancient sith empire; and once more like a soft voice into Tiberian's mind he had his answer. He knew that they would be more enraged of Tiberian dismantling their very code of order. Trusting in your feelings of Hatred, Betrayal, Greed, how could anyone call themselves a sith and be against using such emotions. Tiberian knew that these masters had no argument, should have no quarrel with Tiberian’s decisions. Since it was because of these emotions that thwarted every one of their attempts of ever conquering the republic and casting down the Jedi.
Tiberian turned his gaze away from the holocrons of ancient sith lords and in stead turned to the most recent acquisitions. A smile curled on Tiberian's lips, staring at these newly acquired holocrons, these were not of any sith order on the contrary they had belonged to the Jedi Temple. But after Tiberian's successful raid on the temple, he brought many of the Jedi holocrons on board his ship.
Prominent Jedi Masters such as Yoda, Mace Windu, and Obi- Wan Kenobi now graced themselves alongside the holocrons of some of those most evil and ancient Sith lords that the sith empire had ever seen. Even though Tiberian hated the Jedi order and the corrupt teachings that they had spread for millenias, Tiberian was not going to let his prejudice blind him away from what he could learn from them.
Tiberian enjoyed studying Mace Windu's holocrons teaching his Saber form of Vaapad, a form that the sith warlord excels at. Tiberian would some times study these holocrons more then a dozen times a week, tweaking the form, perfecting the form, to a point that if he were ever to meet Mace Windu, he could not come but be proud to see how far the Vaapad had evolved.
Tiberian had made many controversial decisions during his reign; Tiberian now knew that the force was with him. Closing his eyes, Tiberian accepted the force to flow through him, to help remind him of all that the force had helped him with.
Tiberian knew then that if this was not what the dark side of the force wanted, then the force would call the republic and Jedi to him on Korriban destroying him and his followers as well as his beliefs and a new sith would rise to continue the old ways of his people.
However that day never came, leading Tiberian to believe that what he was doing, was in fact what the force wanted him to do. The force had given him strength to defeat the arrogant sith council, gave him leadership to rally the sith to him. The force called him to the SRA to forge an alliance with them. The force helped him take over dozens of planets in his first years, the force weakened the corrupt Jedi and Republic helping Tiberian conquer Corellia and to raid the Jedi Temple on Coruscant.
The Force would not abandon Tiberian now when he was waging a war on the divided republic and Jedi, and the force would soon plant his sith order to replace the dying Jedi order and supplant Tiberian as the galactic ruler. Even now Tiberian could feel the force calling him to Myrenne where he would meet the only Jedi to pose any threat to his plans of galactic domination.
