Got rid of the global footers to reduce a lagging problem when loading the home page. The only major loss here is topic descriptions, which I will probably bring back in the next couple of days.

Just wanted to let you guys know I'm hoping to get a script for individual board bgs, it will take a tad longer to load if you're loading several boards at once but it will vastly improve the quality of the site

There is now a UBBC code for WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER! I'll edit this post after I've tested what it does.
