Changing categories to only Core Worlds and Outer Rim; all planets will be put in one category or the other. I leave the transferring of threads to Jason.

Talk to the lazy admin guy. I've told him, but I can't exactly force him to be online when I'd like him to. And I can't make him do things when I've told him to about ten times already.
And I also can't make him go on that saber forum site and find Li-An Jinn and bring him back. I sent an email and it didn't go through, or his email has changed, or something.
So. Responsibility is no longer on me. I blame everything on my counterpart.
