Dozens of Sith Ships sailed through their hyperspace routes, moving as one large fleet with one purpose to raid, destroy, or conquer many of the key planets on the Onderon trading routes. Aboard the bridge of the leading ship, standing alone looking over the work being done by insignificant flesh; was the captain of the ship, a trusted Sith Console and leader of the entire sith raids.
"Jumping out now Commander Sparky” called the pilot, like flashes of thunder. One Sith ship after another came out of hyperspace, capitol ships, frigates, corvettes, star fighters all different sith ships with one resolve to show the galaxy that the sith are not dead.
Waiting the sith around this mining planet were only a handful of small frigates and cruisers effective against Hutt’s ships or space pirates. But were no match for this powerful sith fleet.
"Captain an armada has emerged from hyperspace!" reported a frightened pilot, on board the leading frigate.
"Impossible!" shouted the captain walking over having to see with his own eyes, the dozens and dozens of warships flooding towards them.
"Contact the Republic!" ordered the captain turning to the communication officer, who began typing away at his console.
"Sir they have blocked our communication" said the officer looking up to see that the color in the captain's face was fading fast. A whistle soon echoed throughout the bridge of the leading frigate, all of the crew fell silent they all knew what the whistle was. "They are hailing us sir" commented the officer.
The captain sighed collapsing into his captain's chair, "Send it through" replied the captain who was interested in seeing who was leading this assault. But when video appeared, all of the crew was stunned at what they were seeing, it was neither person nor alien, who stared into their bridge, and it was a droid.
"This is independent space backed up by Republic treaties, as acting captain of security I demand that you and your armada to leave at once!" said the captain confidently and quickly, staring at the metallic face of the sith console, the captain was unable to read the emotions or thoughts in this droid’s head all he could see was shimmering plates and bolts upon its face as well as it’s glowing red orbs.
“It would be wise to simply surrender both your vessels and this mining facility unless you desire to be destroyed” replied Sparky.
“Who are you?” stammered the captain.
“We are Sith” answered Sparky.
At this answer the crew aboard the bridge began to converse with one another, all were surprised and confused with the droid’s answer. “Impossible! The sith were destroyed” said the captain.
Automated laughter left Sparky’s mouth, amused at the captain’s clueless remark, and Sparky shook his head, “no the sith are more powerful than ever, now as acting sith console of this fleet I will ask you again surrender both your vessels and mining facility to sith law or face the consequences” replied Sparky.
“You cannot get away with this sith droid! Though we may not be with the Republic, we do have an alliance, threatening us is threatening them!” replied the captain not willing to submit to this droid.
“That is the plan, we do not shy away from the Republic, we wish to have confrontation with them” replied Sparky.
“You will lose” said the captain boldly.
“Tell me captain is your second in command on board?” asked Sparky.
Perplexed by the droid’s sudden shift in questioning; “no he is not” answered the captain.
“Then consider yourself relieved of duty” answered Sparky disconnecting their communication with the captain’s ship. “Fire” ordered Sparky, sith fighters swept over Sparky’s flagship and towards the captain’s ship unleashing a deadly volley of green and red blasts in seconds the captain’s ship exploded into debris and shrapnel, with the other frigates flying desperately trying to avoid the wreckage.
“Find out who is second in command and receive his terms of surrender” ordered Sparky stepping away from the bridge’s windows walking up the steps he passed the officers and crew and entered the elevator, leaving the bridge to report to his master, his first of many victories on his raids.
