The Kinraith Kid jumped out of Hyperspace, there in view was a giant blue gas planet it was Tyree. Orbiting around it was one of the many moons Reemin, a forested moon that Tiberian had conquered early on and went vastly unnoticed by the Republic. The moon in the last seven years has grown a steady population of humans and free wookies who had escaped slavery from Trandoshans.
“Any sign of Republic ships?” asked Argon to the technician. The technician began typing away at the keyboard; “spaceports records have no indication of any republic ships in the vicinity console” answered the technician.
“Take us in then, it is only a matter of time until the Republic ships begin to arrive” ordered Argon.
The pilot nodded as the Kinraith Kid descended down to the forested moon of Reemin.
“We will need to scout areas favorable for an assault, Rowth can I trust you to lead the teams?” asked Argon turning around to a large brown wookie with black patches on his arms and chest.
His arms folded to his chest, Rowth nodded; “did I mention Argon that these vests are humiliating” he replied in a computerized voice.
Argon turned to see dozens of dozens of wookies behind him all in the new SRA vests, Argon growled angrily telling the wookies that their complaints were noted and the topic should be dropped.
Three state of the art republic cruisers jumped out of hyperspace to be greeted by the forested moon of Reemin.
“Reemin is ahead of us Master,” reported the pilot.
A tall Mon calamarian stepped forward to look out at the viewpoint. He had a domed head, salmon colored skin, large yellow eyes that his people used within the depths of the sea in his home world. He kept his webbed hands in front of him as he examined the forested moon. “It seems that our presence has gone unnoticed within the sith ranks this is good if we are going to have a quick victory” commented the Mon calamarian jedi.
“Jedi master Ackbar do you suspect a sith retaliation if we succeed in taking over the planet?” asked a republic officer.
Master Meran Ackbar closed his eyes in a deep force profound thought and slowly nodded, “Oh yes a swift one if the sith are under the leadership of this impressive sith lord. Jam their communications and take us in, we have a battle to win and I hope that our casualties are low” ordered Jedi Ackbar.

The Republic forces were finding it hard to push their way through the entangled forests of Reemin. Republic tanks had to blast away at many of the oldest trees just so that the Republic machinery could pass.
“All communications are jammed Master Ackbar. We will be reaching the first settlement shortly,” reported a republic soldier.
“Any signs of Sith reinforcements?” asked an apprehensive Jedi master Ackbar.
The soldier began punching away at his datapad for a few seconds before looking up at the mon calamarian jedi master. “No sign of any sith ships in the vicinity, hopefully we were able to jam the moon’s communication before they were able to send a distress message to Corellia” answered the optimistic Republic soldier.
Perched high above in the trees un aware to the republic forces, watching their movement were the defenders of the forested moon. Tiberian did not need to send in battleships and sith soldiers and knights, when he had the perfect answer to any republic incursion on the moon, his wookie forces would be more then a match for any number of Republic soldiers. Skilled in battle as well as knowing the terrain of the moon, they held the key advantage over the republic and its forces.
Argon counted more and more republic tanks and soldiers as they continue to march through the forest destroying the wildlife trying to invade one of the few settlements on the forest moon. But Argon had to be patient in order for his plan to work, the army had to take a few more steps until they would receive their first welcome from the sith forces.
Several loud explosions surprised many of the republic forces as they looked up trying to see what they had heard when to their horror they saw several of the hundred foot trees around them began to topple over. The Republic forces were shouting and screaming trying to avoid being squashed by the trees as several of the Republic tanks could not avoid the harm and were destroyed on impact.
“It’s a trap!” croaked the Jedi master igniting his teal saber watching the havoc unfold around him, seeing that more then half of their tanks had already been destroyed and that many of his forces were cut off from each other.
The trees fell in a precise manner which cut the main large republic forces into smaller legions. Hearing loud roars and growls Jedi Master Ackbar looked up to see dozens of wookies swinging down to them bowcasters in hand opening fire on the republic forces.
“Return Fire!” ordered Ackbar over his radio so that the other republic lieutants could hear their direct order. Republic soldiers repositioned their guns up towards the high trees at the attacking wookies and unleashed a deadly volley of blaster fire.

Several dead wookie bodies began crashing down onto earth, Ackbar and his republic soldiers doing their best to avoid the raining wookies. Jedi Master Ackbar leapt in front of his men to shield them from return blaster fire from the assaulting wookies who oddly passed and practically ignored the Jedi master and his group.
The wookies were told before a single shot was fired to leave the mon calamarian and his soldiers for Argon to deal with. Seeing the jedi master busy with deflecting blaster fire away from his men, Argon decided to make his move calling on the force Argon leapt off of the branch that he had been staying on watching and ordering his wookies in this battle it was now time for Argon’s fight. Igniting his red saber he began his descent down towards Master Ackbar.
“Master Ackbar up!” cried a republic soldier in between his battalions shooting as they all took aim at the same target and began to open fire.
Meran looked up to see a wookie plummeting towards him and his men but that is not what surprised or startled the Jedi master it was that he was carrying a red lightsaber. Which meant two things that he was first a sith but more importantly Meran had to fight a wookie sith trained in the ways of lightsaber and force. Meran took a deep breath to calm himself and to focus for the battle ahead, calling on the force he put his webbed fingers together pointing at the falling wookie and snapped them forward. A massive wave of concentrated force energy was hurled at the sith wookie.
Seeing the massive force wave riffle towards Argon, the sith wookie cradled his body allowing himself to roll through the air above the dangerous jedi attack feeling the force wave pass him under his feet. He sprawled his arms out re-igniting his lightsaber with one hand and with his other he cast a vicious spout of force lightning towards the republic soldiers standing behind the mon calamarian Jedi master shooting up at Argon.
Ackbar raised his saber to deflect the sith storm but it was to powerful as he was blasted off of his feet from its intensity only being able to hear his soldiers agonizing screams as they were being tortured before their short quick kills.
Argon landed with a thud, falling on one knee while breathing heavily calling upon so much of the force was still hard for the wookie to do, he was still a learner on how to settle and control his powers and hos connection with the force for long periods of time. Raising his head he examined that he had been able to hit all of the soldiers with his lightning. But he did not have long to examine his kills since feeling through the force; he knew that the mon calamarian Jedi was charging him. Argon leapt to his feet, his saber in front and spinning around just able to deflect Jedi Ackbar’s teal saber.

“So is this the latest radical sith experiment, arming wookies with lightsabers” commented Master Ackbar trying to keep his saber steady as teal and crimson blades jostled for position.
Argon roared pulling his crimson saber away and leaping backwards, “that is not all I am armed with” he said extending his hand as a surge of force energy was launched at the mon calamarian Jedi.
“Yes they gave you a voice to it seems” he replied extending his own hand, closing his eyes he called upon the force for strength as he absorbed the wookies force push and gathering more of the force around him, he hurled an even more powerful wave of the force towards Argon.
Argon slightly tired from gathering the force push was un able to dodge the force wave as he was lifted off of his feet before crashing onto one the thick trunk trees of Reemin. Causing an explosion of splinter and wood fragments to burst all around the battlefield.
Master Ackbar shook his head he gathered that the wookie was still not disciplined with his raw abilities to control the force and that this left him vulnerable to force retaliations as well as draining him physically for battle. Ackbar assessed that this wookie sith depended on his physical strength and shock value to garner many of his wins. Shaking his head the mon calamarian Jedi master left to help his soldiers.
Argon groaned laying on top of splinters and tree fragments from when he collided with the Reemin tree. It seemed that this mon calamarian would actually be a worthy foe. Fumbling for his lightsaber amidst the debris he was able to feel a steel hilt, standing up he examined the condense battlefield seeing that the Jedi was gone.
The sound of blaster fire was still present; so much to Argon’s disappointment the Republic was still fighting trying to at least escape with their lives. Argon now was responsible for hunting down this Jedi master but Argon was a skilled wookie hunter before he ever became a sith knight. Finding the Jedi masters tracks, Argon stalked away from their battlefield and into the wild untamed Reemin Forrest.
“This is Jedi Master Ackbar do you read me?” asked the Mon Calamarian as he pushed his way forward and deeper into the Reemin forest. But the only reply he was given was garbled static, Ackbar sighed pushing several bushes and tree limbs aside he spotted a small river snaking its way between the forests.
The dehydrated Ackbar quickly went down to the riverbed, falling on his knees and scooping up the river water between his webbed fingers. “I must be patient surely the response team will hear me but for the mean time I must stay focus the battle is all but lost what is now important is find survivors” said the disciplined Jedi master to himself.
Drinking in several cups of the replenishing water, “Jedi Master Ackbar do you copy?” came a voice from his portable console.
“Yes I copy” replied a relieved and thankful Jedi master.
“Good to hear from you General, we have your coordinates and are on our way to pick you up” reported the Republic officer.
“What of the soldiers?” asked a concerned Ackbar.
“We have rescued who we can General but there were not many, we will see you in a few minutes” replied the solemn soldier.
“Understood, Ackbar out” as he hung up with the officer, Ackbar felt a disturbance within the force jolting his head up he looked up to see Argon leaping at him. Pulling out his teal saber he jump to his feet, Argon’s crimson saber was held high, the strength behind the strike was to much for Ackbar to take as he lost his footing falling backwards into the river.

Staring out at the river, not going to take any chances, Argon extended his hands as sparks of sith energy began to draw between the wookie fingertips. Gushing water began spouting out of the river in the form of water torpedoes at Argon who had to release his sith energy to take cover. Ackbar leapt out of the river teal saber in hand landing only feet away from a soaking wet Argon.
“And I thought you guys smelled bad when you were dry” commented the wry Ackbar.
Argon growled igniting his red saber and charged Ackbar but Ackbar smiled foreseeing the wookie’s blinding rage, he closed his eyes calling upon the force to aide him. The water from the river rose rapidly behind Ackbar before being unleashed in a deadly wave at the sith wookie who called upon the force to shield this wave.
As the water broke upon Argon’s invisible barrier, the sith wookie was ready to advance his strike leaping over his own force wave. His saber held high in a swift cutting motion down towards the mon calamarian Jedi, who was caught off guard as he was just able to roll away from the wookie’s devastating sith assault, the earth submitted to Argon’s thunderous blow as the wookie had formed a small crater.
Advancing on the Mon calamarian Jedi with quick and swift decisive slashes cutting out any escape suffocating Master Ackbar who was forced in the defensive as teal and crimson fire clashed over and over, both struggling for the upper hand. Master Ackbar though was un able to match the wookie’s strength and when Argon unleashed another round of his effective strikes, Ackbar lost the grip of his saber as it tumbled out of his hand and onto the ground. Seeing his annoying enemy was now unarmed Argon backhanded the Jedi master, with such force Ackbar’s legs buckled and fell to his knees.
Argon brayed proudly at his weakened opponent walking around him deciding on making the Jedi master’s death a painful one. Towering over the tired Jedi master, Argon put his saber away and clamped his claws around the Calamarian’s throat pulling him as his feet were dangling off of the ground, Ackbar could look into the eyes of his killer while Argon began to strengthen his grip.
Ackbar was coughing violently, their brief saber duel had drained the Jedi master, Ackbar knew that his death was near and was more then willing to accept it. Gathering his emotions and relying on only the force, trying his best to null the terrible pain he felt by the wookie’s grip.
A triumphant bray left the wookie’s mouth seeing and feeling the suffering he was inflicting on the Jedi master and knew that only seconds remained for the Jedi’s pathetic life. When loud mechanical roars cut through the forest, looking up to Argon’ s anger was a descending republic corvette coming down fast at the sith wookie. Enraged and roaring loudly, Argon hurled the Mon calamarian out onto the ground before making his dash to the forest where he knew the cannons could not penetrate.
“General Ackbar good to see that we made it” said an officer as a team of medics came out of the corvette to help the hurting Ackbar onto the corvette where he would be taken to a flagship to be healed. Ackbar smiled weakly lying on the ground looking up at the men who had saved his life, extending his webbed fingers for his saber he nodded allowing the medics to pick him up and to help lead them back to the ship. “What about the wookie?” asked the officer staring out in the woods hoping to catch the sight of the heartless wookie who was trying to kill the Jedi master.
Ackbar waved his hand, “let him go, our mission now is to tend to the soldiers” ordered Ackbar as the officer and the medics with Ackbar re-entered their ship and their corvette took flight.
Argon watched angrily as the Officer and medics tended to the wounded Jedi master and seeing them take him away. Argon might have saved Reemin from falling into the republic’s hand but he had failed his master and was not looking forward on briefing his master on this detail.
