Grab yo glock. The Court recently declared the gun ban in DC unconstitutional, upholding the individual's right to gun ownership, regardless of being in a militia. This is a huge victory for us conservative types; not only did the Court uphold the 2nd Amendment, but it interpreted it, which means that individual state courts will be under pressure to confirm this viewpoint as well.
I got this information from Heritage; I'd copy the email over but that might infringe something.

Yeah, I saw that in the news when I got online! It think it's great and hopefully this will prevent more stupid gun laws like ones here in Maryland!

Maybe they'll repeal the warning I have for carrying a plastic-firing "lethal weapon" (as it was called on the note) on county property... XP

Surprisingly, I glanced at something in the newspaper today that mentioned the Democrats in the House are actually seeking to lighten the restrictions and semi-autos. Naturally some Democratic senator commented how worried he was about that.
